Engineering & Shop Drawings
Detailed connection design and shop/erection drawings developed in Tekla Structures, ensuring full coordination between engineering, fabrication and site execution.

Precision CNC Cutting & Preparation
Heavy plates and profiles cut and prepared with CNC cutting systems, 3–6 m hydraulic guillotines, rail cutters and CNC column/radial drills.

Advanced Fabrication & Heavy Welding
Automated H-Beam fabrication lines combined with 60 CO₂ welders, 35 submerged-arc (SAW) machines and Electro-Slag welding for high-integrity structural joints.

Surface Treatment & Coating
Dedicated shot-blasting and painting halls with an Airless Spray protective coating system, delivering long-term corrosion protection.

Heavy Rigging & On-site Erection
Field installation and structural erection executed by experienced rigging crews, with proven monthly erection rates of up to 2,000 tons.
